Introduction of commonly used cleaning agents for fasteners
1. Soluble emulsion cleaning agent
Soluble emulsifiers are generally composed of emulsifiers, soil, organic solvents, builders, desulfurizers and a very small amount of water. The purpose of water is to dissolve the emulsifier, and the cleaning agent leaves a layer of anti-rust film on the surface of the fastener while dissolving the waste on the surface of the fastener. Emulsion cleaning agent is a concentrated form of pure oil commodity, which becomes a milky white, opalescent liquid when diluted in water. Emulsifiers and cleaners in the period can hold onto vegetable grease particles and incorporate them into cleaning agents with organic solvents and oils.
2. Alkaline cleaning agent
Alkaline cleaning agents are made by mixing detergents and alkali metal salts of surface active agents, and are widely used cleaning agents. The PH value of the cleaning agent is specified to be around 7. The cleaning ingredients of this type of cleaning agent are nickel hydroxide, aluminosilicate, sulfide, polyphosphate, borate and their organic chemical chelates. Each of the above salts and surface active agents is mainly to ensure the actual effect of cleaning, followed by rationality.
3. Decontamination agent
The decontamination cleaning agent mainly contains organic solvent, surface active agent and water. Different from the emulsion cleaning agent, it is a pure aqueous solution, not an emulsified oil. It is mainly used as a defensive removal of machinery and equipment, fastener outer packaging boxes.
4. Composition of cleaning agent
The composition cleaning agent is also an alkaline cleaning agent, and the difference from the standard alkaline cleaning agent depends on the composition. The standard alkaline cleaning agent is essentially inorganic, while the constituting agent is an organic chemical agent containing amine-based chemicals. Standard alkaline cleaners are used to remove alkaline residues from single-stage cleaning and are still good rust preventive oils. Formulation cleaners are used to perform moderately difficult cleanings, such as quenching oils or heat-treating polymer aqueous solutions for cleaning fastener surfaces.
5. Acid and alkaline cleaning agent
Generally, there are organic compounds such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium cyanide, sodium citrate, and glacial acetic acid.
