1. Start to remove the sludge on the broken surface of the high-strength bolts, use the center gun to kill the center gun of the cross section, then install a twist drill with a diameter of 6-8mm by hand, and drill the hole at the center gun hole of the cross section. Note that the hole must be drilled through. After the hole is drilled through, remove the small twist drill bit, replace the twist drill bit with a diameter of 16mm, and expand and drill through the hole of the broken screw again.

2. Take the electrode with a diameter of 3 or 2mm or less, and use the large, medium and small electric total flow in the drill hole of the broken screw, and carry out surfacing welding from the inside to the outside, and take half of all the length of the broken anchor bolt at the part where the surfacing is slow. Can. When surfacing slowly, the arc does not need to be too long to prevent the surface of the broken anchor bolt from being burned through. After surfacing to the inner hole of the broken anchor bolt, a cylinder with a diameter of 14-16mm and a height of 8-10mm is surfacing again.

3. After the surfacing is completed, hammer the inner hole with a hammer to make the disconnected anchor bolt cause vibration along its axial direction. Due to the calorific value generated by the previous electric isolation and the subsequent cooling, coupled with the current vibration, the anchor bolts and the pipe threads of the equipment will be loose in the middle.

4. Observe the high-strength bolts carefully. When it is found that there is a little rust exposed from the cracked surface after the knocking, you can take the M18 anchor bolt sleeve, and weld the two on the top of the surfacing column.

5. After welding, use a torx wrench on the nut with a slightly cold and hot to shake it back and forth on the nut, and you can also tap the inner hole of the nut with a two-handed hammer while shaking it back and forth, so that the anchor bolt can be broken. Remove.

6. After removing the broken anchor bolts, use a suitable screw hammer to manufacture the screws in the frame to remove rust and other dirt in the holes.
