Cazali Seal: This is a forced seal, which comes in three forms: Externally threaded Cazali Inner Seal, Female Cazali Inner Seal, and Modified Cazali Inner Seal.
Fastener external thread clamp: commonly used to seal the inner end face. Its washers are triangular soft metal washers made of copper or aluminum. The flange of the cylinder body and the end cover of the container are connected by threaded sleeves, the compression bolts are tightened to exert force on the compression ring, and the compression gaskets are used to achieve sealing.
The internal Kazali seal of the fastener: the working principle of the internal thread Kazali seal is basically the same as that of the external thread, except that the threaded end cap is indirectly screwed into the cylinder end with the internal thread. The gasket is placed at the connection between the end cover and the tail of the cylinder body, and a pressure ring is arranged on the gasket.
Fasteners - Improved Kazary Seal: The improved Kazary end face seal structure does not require a threaded sleeve to connect the end cover and the cylinder, but uses bolts to connect, and other parts are similar to the external thread Kazary end face seal. It has no obvious advantages, so it is difficult to adopt.
Fastener Flat Washer Seal: This is a forced seal. Washers made of soft material or metal are placed between the joining surfaces. Under the action of the pre-tightening force of the bolt, the uneven part of the contact surface (that is, the gap or hole where the medium may leak) is extruded and filled with plastic deformation gasket material, so as to achieve the purpose of the container.
