Production standard for hexagonal galvanized bolts
For standard hexagonal galvanized bolts, most parts must be galvanized. The traditional galvanizing method depends on manual binding and suspension parts one by one. This kind of manual suspension electroplating process has low productivity and high labor efficiency, which cannot meet the requirements of aerospace production and manufacturing.
The barrel plating of hexagonal galvanized bolts is also called barrel plating. It is a kind of electroplating processing method, in which a certain number of small parts are placed in special drums, and various metal materials or aluminum alloy coatings are stacked on the surface of the parts according to the indirect transmission of cold rolling conditions to complete surface maintenance and decorative design and various main purposes. The drum rotates in a certain direction at a certain speed, and the components continuously turn and lower after rotating in the drum. At the same time, according to the electrostatic field, the accumulated metal ions are transformed into the metal material coating on the surface of the component. The fresh saturated solution outside the drum is continuously filled into the drum according to several holes in the drum wall, and the old liquid in the drum and the air formed in the whole process of electroplating are discharged out of the drum according to these holes.
1) Accurately measure the coating thickness on the hexagonal galvanized bolts. Accurately measure the thickness of zinc coating according to UTX850CX ray fluorescent coating thickness gauge. Because the thickness gauge can accurately measure the coating thickness at or around the plan, it cannot accurately measure the coating thickness at the screw position. Accurately measure the coating thickness at the upper end of the screw rod.
2) Sampling standard for hexagonal galvanized bolts. When there are many bolts according to the barrel plating process, the total number of standard parts is particularly large, and 50 products are randomly selected from each product. The X-ray fluorescent coating thickness gauge shall be used to accurately measure the points on each commodity, and the average thickness of 50 bolts shall be taken as the average thickness of the coating of this batch of commodities.
3) Thickness uniformity of hexagonal galvanized bolts. The homogeneity of the product thickness can be reflected by the relative standard deviation of the product thickness. The greater the relative standard deviation is, the more uneven the coating thickness between components is; The smaller the relative standard deviation is, the more uniform the coating thickness between components is.
